Consultative Council
Introduction
The Advisory Board is a collegiate body set up to advise the IPC's Executive Secretariat, ERM NINT, on the adoption of best corporate governance practices, advice and recommendations.
Mission
Suggest guidelines, strategies and recommendations that meet the expectations of stakeholders and enhance the value of the IPC. Assess whether decisions, actions, results, direct and indirect impacts are aligned with the objectives of the IPC's stakeholders. Suggest actions/initiatives aimed at increasing IPC's visibility in the community with which it interacts.
How it works
The Council will primarily be made up of representatives of the institutions participating in the IPC, external or independent members. Board members will be elected by a simple majority of the votes cast by the representatives of the participating institutions at the end of their mandate. Meetings will be held ordinarily every quarter and extraordinarily when convened.

Andrea Böttcher
Andrea Bottcher is head of ESG at Neo Investimentos. Before joining Neo in 2020, Andrea was responsible for leading the IPO and structuring the investor relations area at Azul. Andrea has also worked in marketing and sales positions at Johnson and Johnson and communications and investor relations at Embraer. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from ESADE Business School.
Anibal Wadih
Anibal Wadih is a founding partner of GEF Capital Partners and co-head of the Latin America investment practice, with over 20 years experience in the financial markets. Prior to GEF CP, he led a 7-person private equity team at Macquarie Capital, participating in a series of equity investments under different capital structures in the agribusiness and infrastructure segments. He was a senior member of Deutsche Bank's M&A team responsible for Latin America, with a focus on financial investors, having participated in some high-profile transactions in the region.
Daphne Breyer
Daphne Breyer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Lavras - UFLA and a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from FGV-EPGE, an MBA in Finance, an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC and an MBA in Investment Management from FGV, certified by the CFA Institute in ESG Investing. She has worked in the Capital Markets area for over 16 years, including 6 years in Asset Management with a focus on Responsible Investment and Sustainability. At Banco do Brasil since 2004, she is currently Head of ESG at BB Asset Management.
Luiz Morgado
Luiz Morgado, an economist, works in the area of governance and sustainability, analyzing companies which Previ holds relevant or strategic stakes. He has experience in institutions such as Banco do Brasil (2000-2011), in management and advisory positions, especially in the Capital Markets Department (2009) and the Security Department (2010). He joined Previ in 2011 and since 2013 has worked in the Governance area (Holdings Department - Securities Holdings Management), focusing on economic-financial analysis and ASGI (Environmental, Social, Governance and Integrity) aspects of companies invested in by Previ. He is currently leading a team to strengthen best practices at investee companies and to improve and develop ASGI analysis tools in-house.
Renato Eid Tucci
Partner at Itau Asset since 2021, he is a Board Member of AMEC, Vice President of B3's Equities Chamber, Member of B3's Interest/Currency Chamber and Itaú Asset's representative in several Anbima forums. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, a Master's degree in Mathematical Modeling from Universidade de São Paulo and specializations in Investment and Risk Management from Yale School of Management; Leadership and Innovation from Insead Business School for the World and a PRI Academy specialization focused on Advanced Responsible Investment Analysis.
